The Skills Development school focuses on management and communication skills, offering a training programme that combines presence-based sessions and action plans to help transfer learning to the job.

    This programme identifies employees with industrial experience who are open to international experience to resolve crisis situations or form part of “launch teams” to open new factories. These teams promote our culture, share knowledge and create a community. Development and learning is achieved with an experience-based challenge in a different context.
